E.C. Star Exchanges, Credits & Returns
  • We are happy to offer an exchange or an E.C. Star web store credit on any items that are not completely satisfactory. However, no returns will be accepted without prior authorization being given from an E.C. Star representative. All returns must be mailed within 14 days of order date. Exchange requests will be fulfilled according to availability. A store credit will be issued for all returns/exchanges on discounted sale merchandise.
  • Please allow up to 3 weeks for delivery.

  • In your return package, please include a copy of your receipt with a written reason for the return and/or any exchange request. If your package did not come with a receipt because it was a gift, simply provide us with your order number along with your name, address and your exchange request.
  • Please ship your return to:

  • Goods must be returned in perfect condition, so please handle items with care. Shipping/handling on returned merchandise is non- refundable. If you have any questions regarding returns or exchanges please feel free to contact us at ecstar@ecstar.net.

  • Terms -
    		• Orders made through the website may be paid by credit card or PayPal only. E.C. Star online currently accepts Visa, Master Card, Discover, and American Express. All Shipments to stores will be sent C.O.D. company check unless other arrangements have previously been made. (FOR INTERNATIONAL ORDERS PAYPAL ONLY.)
  • Returned Checks -
    		• Returned/Bounced checks will be charged back to the customer with all bank fees plus a $20.00 surcharge.
  • Claims -
    		• All Claims of defect or shortages must be made within 5 days of receipt of goods.
  • Back Orders -
    		• All back orders of $50.00 or more will remain in effect unless cancelled by the customer.
  • Items Out of Stock -
    		• If your item is not in stock, your order will be shipped without it and you will not be charged for the item.
  • Cancelation of Written Orders -
    		• You must cancel your written order within 15 days of the date the order was originally written.
  • Shipping -
    		• Any and all shipping charges will be assumed and paid by the customer.
